From London and Essex to Manchester and beyond, arrange a dedicated journey between the places your business needs. The areas below are examples of our coverage; share your full addresses to check your route, collection availability and delivery timing.

London & Essex

Arrange dedicated collections and deliveries across London and Essex, including East London, Romford, Grays and Chelmsford. For offices, warehouses and trade sites, include the loading entrance and any parking or access restrictions. Your delivery can stay local or continue to another UK destination.

Midlands

Book business deliveries to and from Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester and Nottingham. Whether moving urgent parts between sites or sending goods further afield, provide the collection-ready time, load details and receiving site's delivery window.

North of England

Collections and deliveries can be arranged in Manchester, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield and Newcastle through our nationwide courier network. Journeys can start in the North and finish locally or elsewhere in the UK; they do not need to pass through London.

South & South West

Arrange transport to and from Bristol, Southampton, Portsmouth and destinations across the South and South West. For a long-distance delivery, tell us when the goods will be ready and the required arrival time so we can assess the route and vehicle availability.

Scotland & Wales

Dedicated deliveries to and from Glasgow, Edinburgh, Cardiff, Swansea and Newport, as well as other destinations in Scotland and Wales. Longer routes, Highland collections and remote access need timing confirmation; some journeys may require a planned or overnight service.

Northern Ireland & islands

Journeys involving a ferry need individual confirmation. Contact us before committing to a deadline; driver availability, sailings and any overnight arrangements must be agreed.

Your questions

Nationwide courier FAQs.

Can you collect outside London and Essex?

Yes. BM Couriers uses a nationwide courier network to arrange collections across the UK, subject to driver and vehicle availability. Your collection can start in another region and deliver locally or elsewhere in the UK. It does not need to start in, or travel through, London or Essex.

Can you collect in Manchester and deliver to London?

Yes, we can arrange a dedicated journey from Manchester to London, or in the opposite direction, subject to availability. Give us the full addresses, when the goods will be ready, the load size and your required delivery time. We assess whether the journey can meet your deadline before confirming the arrangements.

Which areas of London and Essex do you cover?

We arrange collections and deliveries across London and Essex, including East London, Romford, Grays and Chelmsford. Include the company or building name, full address and loading entrance when booking. Let us know about restricted access, parking arrangements and any delivery window at the receiving site.

Do you serve Birmingham, Leeds and other major UK cities?

Yes. Our nationwide network can arrange journeys to and from cities such as Birmingham, Nottingham, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Bristol and Newcastle. These are examples of our coverage rather than an exhaustive list. Enter your actual addresses for a quote, or contact us to check availability and timing for your route.

Is every UK route available for same-day delivery?

Delivery timing depends on when the goods are ready, the journey distance, vehicle availability, traffic and access at both ends. Longer journeys, remote areas and ferry crossings may require a planned or overnight service. Tell us your deadline when requesting a quote; same-day arrival must be confirmed for the specific booking.

How quickly can you collect an urgent delivery?

We aim to arrange collection within 60 minutes of confirmation where location and vehicle availability allow. This is a target, rather than a guaranteed collection time for every postcode. For urgent work, call us with the collection address, load details and delivery deadline so we can confirm the available arrangements.

Which vehicle should I choose for parcels or pallets?

Use our vehicle guide to compare van sizes, load dimensions and payloads. Include the weight of packaging and pallets in the total load weight. Online quotes cover small vans through to Luton vans. For pallets, tell us whether a forklift or tail lift is needed and whether loading equipment is available at both ends. Contact us for larger vehicles or uncertain loads.

How do I get a nationwide courier price?

Enter the collection and delivery addresses in our instant quote tool, choose a suitable vehicle and add the requested date and time. Include every additional stop and accurate load information. For ferry routes, unusual loads or specialist handling, contact the team to confirm the arrangements. A quote should reflect the actual journey you need.

Can one booking include several collection or delivery stops?

Yes. Add the required stops to your quote in the order they need to be visited. Include the goods, contact details, access instructions and any time window for each stop. Extra stops affect the route, price and achievable delivery time, so tell us about all stops before the booking is confirmed.

Can you deliver to Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland or islands?

We arrange deliveries to and from Scotland and Wales, including Glasgow, Edinburgh and Cardiff. Highland and other remote routes need individual timing confirmation. For Northern Ireland or island destinations involving a ferry, contact us first so driver availability, sailings, costs and any overnight arrangements can be agreed.

Can I track my delivery and receive proof of delivery?

Live driver tracking and job-stage updates are available during active deliveries. Proof of delivery is recorded when the job is completed. Give us a contact at each stop and any customer reference or special delivery instructions so the driver and receiving site have the details they need.

What information should I have ready before booking?

Have the full addresses, company or building names, contact numbers, collection-ready time and delivery deadline ready. Include the item count, dimensions, total weight, packaging and any handling requirements. Tell us about loading equipment, parking restrictions or security procedures. Goods should be ready for the agreed collection time; waiting or extra handling may incur additional charges under the booking terms.

Do you offer accounts for regular business customers?

Businesses can apply for a credit account with account pricing, 30-day payment terms and easier repeat bookings, subject to approval. Account customers can use saved addresses and repeat bookings for recurring journeys. Include your company details when applying so the team can review the application.
